We are a small (but growing) online print shop located in Victoria, BC.
When deciding on a name for the company, we wanted a name which reflected our core principle of treating our clients the way we like to be treated by our suppliers: a way that is fair and upfront. The word “verus” has a Proto-Indo-European root meaning “true, correct, earnest, faith, real, proper, suitable, just, right”.
We are a print reseller. This means that we take your order, make sure that the accompanying file(s) are formatted and oriented correctly, send the order to our print supplier (located in the Greater Toronto Area), take care of any technical glitches that pop up, and have the ordered product delivered to your door.
We don’t have printing equipment – we essentially “rent” the millions of dollars of infrastructure needed. Keeping our overhead very low allows us to pass on more savings to you.
Our staff work from home so we don’t have a central office (yet).
When it comes to design we work with independent freelancers from anywhere on the planet. Our goal is to save you money and time – especially if you don’t have your own graphic design staff. See our “Design” page for details.
