Shipment processing time:
All orders placed with a design approved by you before 2:00pm PT are processed within 2 business days; this means we send your order in for printing and take care of any technical issues related to the design files. Each product listing has an estimated Turnaround time; this is the estimated time required by the printing facility to process the actual printing of your product before it’s ready for shipping. Due to reasons beyond control, this time estimate is subject to change without notice.
If the printing facility is experiencing a higher than usual volume of orders, or if the processing of your order will be delayed for any other reason, we will contact you via email to let you know.
Shipping: Orders are shipped Standard Shipping within 24 hours of printing via either UPS, FedEx, Canpar, or Canada Post. You will receive a tracking number as soon as it is available. You can easily get a shipping quote, shipping time and cost, by adding products to your shopping cart, view the cart, click “Calculate Shipping”, and then fill in your destination province and postal code.
Shipping cost is based on weight and applies to any location within the 10 Canadian provinces.
Rush shipping is available to most urban locations; contact us if you want your order rush shipped.
Damaged product:
If your product was damaged during transport, have the carrier sign the bill of lading for the damage, take pictures of the unopened package and the contents after opening. See our Refund Policy page for full details on your options and procedures for getting your refund.
Returns: If your order is defective or incorrect, we will (usually) not ask you to return the product; instead we will ask for photos and then for you to destroy the product.
Refunds: Full refunds will be issued for any order which is defective or incorrect (that is, we made a mistake which makes the product unsuitable for its intended use) and you don’t want a reprint at no charge or a store credit. Refunds will not be issued for printed products which match your order placed on our web site. Full details on our Refund Policy page.
